Website & Project Terms

These are general website terms, not a substitute for a project-specific agreement.
Project scope
Package inclusions, price and target turnaround are based on the information supplied by the client. Material changes to scope may require a revised quote or timeline.
Prototype targets
Any stated prototype turnaround is a target beginning after required payment and the necessary content/assets have been received. It is not a guarantee where information, approvals or third-party services cause delays.
Client assets
The client confirms they have authority to provide and use all logos, copy, images, data and other supplied material.
Payments
Package checkout may require full payment or a deposit as displayed before the project starts. Refunds and cancellations are assessed based on work already performed and any project-specific agreement.
Third-party services
Domains, hosting, PayPal, APIs and other external platforms are subject to their own availability and terms.
