Dragon Rock: Battle of the Bands
A mobile-first fantasy rhythm battle game where guitar riffs power dragons, defeat bosses and unlock new worlds.
A free social content game where players create shareable posts, challenge others, earn Viral Score and climb global leaderboards.
Viral Post turns social content into a competitive game. Players answer prompts, hot takes, questions and challenges, then share their post across social media and compete for views, reactions, challengers and leaderboard positions. Every post creates a unique challenge link so anyone who sees it can respond with their own version and try to beat the score.
Viral Post is a free browser-based social content game built around a simple question: can you make a post that performs better than everyone else's?
Instead of generating a post and immediately forgetting about it, Viral Post turns every creation into a challenge. Players choose a format such as Hot Take, Pick One, Unpopular Opinion, Finish This or Ask Everyone, write their response and publish it as a shareable Viral Post challenge.
Each published post receives its own unique challenge URL and Viral Score. Players can share that link on X, Facebook and other social platforms, allowing friends, followers and complete strangers to open the challenge and try to create a better response.
The competitive system is designed around interactions the application can measure. Visits to a challenge, sharing activity, reactions and new challengers can contribute to a post's performance and help players move through the rankings.
Viral Post includes leaderboards for individual posts, creators and countries. Players can compare today's rankings, recent performance and overall results, creating opportunities for friendly competition between individual users as well as larger country-versus-country challenges.
The game is intentionally quick to start. A player does not need to create a traditional account before making their first post. They can choose a player name, handle and country, create a challenge and immediately receive a social card and public URL they can share.
Every shared post also acts as an invitation to play. Someone seeing a Viral Post card can follow its challenge URL, read the original response and choose to make their own. This creates a repeating loop of creating, sharing, challenging and competing rather than relying on a traditional static content generator.
Viral Post is designed mobile-first because most sharing happens directly from a phone. Supported devices can use native sharing tools, while individual challenge pages also contain social metadata and dynamic preview imagery so shared links can produce a much more visual result.
Players can also download a square social card containing their response, player handle, score, Viral Post branding and a call to action asking other users whether they can do better.
Daily challenges give the community a shared prompt to compete on, while multiple post formats keep the experience varied. A short answer may become a bold opinion card, while longer responses automatically use responsive typography so the complete post remains readable.
Viral Post was developed as an experiment in combining social sharing, lightweight gaming mechanics and user-generated content. Instead of attempting to manufacture virality, the application gives people a reason to create content, challenge another person and see how their post performs.
The result is part social media tool and part online game: content is the game, and virality is the score.
